Terms of Use
It is very important to provide us with the most accurate information possible. When placing orders please make sure to thoroughly review your order to check for accuracy upon checkout, we will NOT be held responsible for any order mistakes on your end. The billing and shipping address must match for all orders to be processed successfully.
Refund/ Exchange Policy
In order for any items to be eligible for a refund, the merchandise must be returned unworn with original tags intact. Returns must be made within 30 days from the order shipment date in order to be eligible for a full refund. Any returns made AFTER 30 days will only be eligible for a store credit. This means that you will only be able to exchange your original purchase for an item of the same price.
Shipping Policy
All of Diamond's & Gem's shipments will be sent via USPS postal service. A tracking number will be updated and sent to the email provided during checkout. Signature confirmation is included in all orders, meaning a signature is required at the time of delivery. This protects our customers from any stolen or lost items. All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days not including weekends (Saturday & Sunday). All orders should be made within the time frame of 9am- 5pm (Monday-Friday). If you place an order after business hours your order will begin processing on the next business day. There will be FREE STANDARD SHIPPING provided for orders over $40. Flat Rate Shipping is $4.00 on all orders $0-$39.99
